Terms of use

Your account

The account is for you personally. Give a real email address, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens in it.

Free and Pro

Avendi has two plans:

• Free: job search, the application tracker, CVs, the job profile, and the overall match percentage for each job.
• Pro: everything in Free, plus personal letters and job analyses written with AI, importing jobs from any site, and the details of every match. Letters and analyses you made with Pro stay stored if you go back to Free; letters stay open to you. AI features have a fair-use limit of 30 per day.

Price and payment

Pro costs 49 kr a month, VAT included. Outside Sweden, checkout may show the price converted to your currency; the amount shown at checkout applies. You pay in advance for one month at a time, by card through Stripe, and the subscription renews each month until you cancel.

If a payment fails, Stripe tries again for a while. If it still doesn’t go through, your account goes back to Free.

We tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect. If you don’t want the new price, cancel before then.

Cancelling

Cancel any time under Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and aren’t charged again. Months already started aren’t refunded, except as described under Right of withdrawal.

Deleting your account ends Pro at once, along with all your data.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from your first Pro purchase within 14 days of paying, without giving a reason. Since Pro starts straight away at your request, we refund what you paid minus the share for the days you had Pro. To withdraw, contact us within the 14 days.

AI letters and matching

Letters written with AI are drafts. They can contain mistakes, and you decide what you send: read and correct every letter first. You’re responsible for what you send to employers.

Match percentages are estimates from your profile, your CV and the ad’s text. They don’t promise that you’ll get an interview or a job.

Your content

What you add (applications, notes, contacts, CVs, letters) is yours. You let us store and process it only to run Avendi for you, as the privacy policy describes. Only add contacts’ details you have a right to keep.

Fair use

Don’t use Avendi to:

• try to reach other users’ data or get around its security;
• run automated searches or letter writing at a scale no person would, or resell the service;
• store content that’s unlawful or that you have no right to.

The service

We work to keep Avendi available and improve it, but can’t promise it’s never down. Job ads come from other services (such as Platsbanken) and may be wrong or out of date. If we stop offering Pro or remove a main part of it, we tell you in advance and refund what you’ve paid for time you won’t get. We may close an account that breaks these terms; if it has Pro, we refund the unused part.

Liability

We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as a job you didn’t get. Our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months. This doesn’t apply where the law doesn’t allow it, for example when we’ve acted with gross negligence or intent.

Changes to these terms

We tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before an important change. If you don’t accept it, you can cancel Pro or delete your account before it takes effect.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. If something goes wrong, contact us first. As a consumer you can also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se), and a dispute can be settled by a Swedish court.
